This icon is the user’s only interface to the agent. The icon may be disabled at the discretion of the Administrator in the Agent Menu function. When the agent is running and successfully checking into the VSA, the agent icon’s background is blue. Locate devices with a Kaseya agent installed and remove them. From the SO level, go to Views All Devices. Click the Filter button and select the Kaseya Software Detected filter you just created from the drop-down to locate devices with a Kaseya agent installed. Select the Customer / Site header check box to select all devices listed. Kaseya can show you the last time an Agent checked in. You can use this information to compare against AD. If you’re deleting the agent from Kaseya as machines are repurposed/retired but not removing the corresponding computer account from AD at the same time, then you are creating more work in the long run. Remove the agent with root rights, i.e. In Terminal run the ’ sudo rm -rf /var/tmp/kpid ’ command and then provide the root password 6. The Kaseya Agent and all associated files will be removed.
If you need to remove Kaseya and it won’t uninstall from Add/Remove programs, try this:
First try the uninstall string
“C:Program FilesInstallShield Installation Information{48C76121-4F90-11D5-9884-0050BA85A903}Setup.exe” UNINSTALL
or
“C:Program Files(x86)InstallShield Installation Information{48C76121-4F90-11D5-9884-0050BA85A903}Setup.exe” UNINSTALLKaseya Agent App
If this fails,
1. Stop the Kaseya Agent service
2. Set the Kaseya Agent service to “disabled”
3. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/KAPFA
4. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/KaseyaAgent
5. Reboot the machine (so that we can be sure that windows knows the service is disabled)
6. Delete c:program fileskaseya
7. Delete c:program FilesInstallShield Installation Information{48C76121-4F90-11D5-9884-0050BA85A903}
When finished delete the machine entry in Virtual Administrator using the “Delete account now without uninstalling the agent” function.˄˅
The ERA Agent can be uninstalled several ways.Remote uninstallation using ERA Web Console
1.Log in to ERA Web Console.
2.From the Computers pane, select a computer from which you want to remove the ERA Agent and click New task.
Alternatively, select multiple computers by selecting the corresponding check boxes and then click Tasks > New task.
3.Type a Name for the task.
4.From the Task category drop-down menu select ESET Remote Administrator.
5.From the Task drop-down menu select Stop Managing (Uninstall ERA Agent). Coleman pressure washer 2750.
6.Review the task Summary and click Finish.
Trigger will be automatically created with ASAP execution. If you want to change the Trigger type, click Admin > Client Tasks. Expand the Client Task by clicking , click the Trigger below the task and select Edit.

1.Connect to the endpoint computer where you want to remove the ERA Agent (for example via RDP).
2.Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features and double-click ESET Remote Administrator Agent.Download Kaseya Agent
3.Click Next > Remove and follow the uninstallation instructions.

•You can uninstall ERA Agent using ESET Uninstaller or using a non-standard way (such as removing files, removing the ERA Agent service and registry entries).
